Educational Requirements
PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
Professional certifications in Branding / Digital Marketing will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Group of Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Advertising Agency, University
Additional Requirements
Age At least 38 years
Strong understanding of education & service industry development and branding
Ability to translate institutional services into clear, attractive value propositions
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Leadership maturity and decision-making ability
Comfortable working with senior management and founders
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development, Sales, Branding & Promotion Leadership
Develop and implement Group-wide Business Development, Sales, Promotion & Branding Strategy
Define clear brand positioning for Saic Group and its institutions
Ensure consistent messaging across all institutes, programs, and platforms
Advise Top Management on business development, sales, brand reputation, public perception, and growth strategy
Promotion, Campaign & Visibility Management
Plan and execute integrated promotion campaigns (online & offline)
Drive student recruitment and program promotion campaigns
Lead promotional activities such as:
Admission campaigns
Education fairs
Seminars, workshops, events
Institutional PR initiatives
Digital, Media & Communication
Oversee digital promotion: website, social media, paid ads, content
Manage media relations, press releases, and institutional communications
Ensure effective use of SEO, social media, content, and performance marketing
Content & Creative Oversight
Guide creation of brochures, videos, presentations, success stories, and brand materials
Ensure professional, consistent, and impactful brand communication
Maintain brand guidelines across all units
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Academic & Training teams
Admission & Business Development teams
Healthcare & Service units
Align promotion activities with business goals and enrollment targets
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the Business Development, Promotion & Branding team
Set KPIs, campaign targets, and performance benchmarks
Build a disciplined, data-driven promotion culture
